Click GET STARTED to either sign-in or complete registration to bid and participate

Sign into Zoom 5-10 minutes prior to 7pm

You will remain in the Zoom waiting room until 7pm

All lines will be muted, CHAT will be open for communication, bidding comments and the COCKTAIL CONTEST

Bid using your phone, tablet or alternate device

Speaker View can be used when Auctioneer is sharing content such as videos or presentation slides

Gallery View will allow you to see all participants - option to pin Presenter/Auctioneer by hovering over Presenter, select Settings (three dots) and “Pin Presenter”

Auctioneer will announce each package, based on the Live Package order listed below

Auctioneer will announce a countdown as package is closing (5-4-3-2-1), or say “we are closing, closing, and we’re closed”, and online bidding will be CLOSED for that package

It may take up to 15-30 seconds to confirm the winning bidder due to slight technology lags

Unable to attend the Live Auction Zoom? You can still bid, however you won’t know exactly when the item is closing

All Auction packages to be picked up at the Parish Center parking lot by Wednesday, 3/24

Class Project winning bidders & non-school families can pick up on Sunday, 3/21 between 2:30-4pm

All other winning bidders may pick up their items on:
Monday, 3/22 or Wednesday, 3/24 between 8-9am
